Nash Paradise, known as “The Loan Wizard,” is one of the nation's top 1% producing mortgage professionals and has been voted “Best in Dallas” and “Best in Tarrant County” by home buyers and industry professionals.
After studying music performance (bass trombone) at the University of North Texas and UT Arlington, Nash made the obvious transition into mortgage lending. Since 2006 he has guided thousands of buyers home, and today he leads his team as Director of Sales for NXT Mortgage.
When he's not solving mortgage puzzles, Nash is with his wife Jennifer and their two kids, Nash II and Grace. He plays bass guitar for Keystone Church in Keller, builds Legos with the kids, tends critters from snakes to saltwater fish, and competes in pinball tournaments.
